We are Elfi and Joe from Germany. We live now in Canada Nova Scotia together with our animals at our beautiful farm.

At our farm we breed the very rare noble, baroque prince's horse from Denmark.
The breed is Knabstrupper.
We also breed best German Sporthorses. Our breeding horses have a very good pedigree and there forebears are all successful in dressage or show jumping.
To get a robust, nice colored sporthorse with strong nerves and potential, we cross Knabstruppers with German Sporthorses.
The horses can move at large fields and live the whole year outside. They live together in a large herd and learn by child social behavior.

We have no riding facility. We are breeding only and learn our horses the ground manners.

Since 2016 we have Scottish Highland cattle at our place. The Highland cattle are a Scottish breed of cow, otherwise called "hairy cow". This cow is bred mainly for its meat. The animal has long horns. They are robust, durable, good-natured and very good mothers.

Since 2018 we have the Mangalitsa pigs at our farm. The Mangalica (also Mangalitsa or Mangalitza) is a Hungarian breed of domestic pig. It was developed in the mid-19th century by crossbreeding Hungarian breeds from Nagyszalonta and Bakony with the European wild boar and the Serbian Šumadija breed.  Its name means “hog with a lot of lard” and it has a lot of curly hair which makes it resemble a sheep. The breed of pigs is prized for its flavorful meat and has been referred to as the “kobe beef of pork”. a reputation for suspiciously dog-like behavior Mangalitzas have also a reputation for suspiciously dog-like behavior.

In The Kunekune is a small breed of domestic pig from New Zealand. Kunekune are hairy with a rotund build, and may bear wattles hanging from their lower jaws. They have a docile, friendly nature, and are now often kept as pets.

We started with chickens in 2017. We have 2 small flocks. One is Olive Eggers frizzled and smooth and the second is Silkies.
Now we try to add a variety of colors of smaller Wyandottes, such as silver banded, orange banded, black laced, gold laced, blue laced, tobunt.

We started to hatch Bobwhite and Chukar eggs in summer 2020. Now we have a couple of each breed and will trying to produce hatching eggs.
